How it works

1. Deposit funds

Request a deposit from your wallet page. Enter the amount (between Rs 100 and Rs 25,000) and include your eSewa transaction ID. Your deposit stays pending until an admin manually verifies it and marks it complete. Only completed deposits count toward your balance.

2. Join a campaign

When you join a paid campaign, the entry fee is deducted from your wallet balance. If you don't have enough funds, you'll be prompted to deposit first. Free campaigns cost nothing to join.

3. The 10% platform fee

On every paid entry, Taisen takes a 10% platform fee. If a campaign charges a Rs 100 entry fee, Rs 90 goes to the organizer and Rs 10 is the platform fee. Both amounts are recorded as separate transactions in your wallet ledger for full transparency.

4. Win prizes

When the campaign organizer or an admin marks you as a winner, your prize is instantly credited to your wallet as a prize payout. You can use that balance to join more campaigns or request a withdrawal.

5. Withdraw your winnings

Request a withdrawal from your wallet page. Enter the amount and your payout details (e.g. PayPal email). The request stays pending until an admin processes the payout manually and marks it complete.

Disputes

If you have an issue with a campaign — payment, rules, or fairness — use the "Report a problem" button on the campaign page to open a dispute. An admin will review it and resolve or reject it. You'll see the resolution in your dispute history.

Refund policy

If a campaign is cancelled, all entry fees are refunded to participants' wallets as deposit credits. No platform fee is charged on refunded entries. If you were charged in error, open a dispute and the admin can issue a wallet refund.

Admin oversight

All deposits and withdrawals are manually verified by a Taisen admin before they're completed. This keeps the platform safe and prevents fraud. Most requests are processed within 24 hours.
