Terms of Service

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use Taisen. By participating in paid tournaments, you confirm you’re eligible to do so under your local laws.

All participants must compete honestly. Cheating, hacking, exploiting bugs, collusion, match-fixing, harassment, or any form of unfair conduct is prohibited and may result in disqualification, forfeiture of prizes, and a permanent ban.

Organizers and players must follow the rules published on each campaign page.

Taisen wallets hold your balance for entry fees and prize payouts. Deposits and withdrawals are manually verified by our team, which means funds may take time to appear or be processed. We are not a banking service.

Prizes are paid to winners’ Taisen wallets after results are announced and verified. You are responsible for any tax obligations that arise from your winnings.

Organizers are responsible for running their events fairly — scheduling, communicating with participants, enforcing their rules, and announcing results accurately. Taisen provides the platform but does not run individual tournaments unless stated.

We may suspend or remove any campaign that breaks these terms or our community rules. Where a paid campaign is suspended, entry fees will be refunded to participants, and any associated prize commitments may be voided.

Disputes between participants and organizers should first be raised through the Report feature on the campaign page. Final decisions on disputes are made by Taisen’s platform administrators and are binding.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Taisen after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
